IGF::OT::IGF THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP A BLUEPRINT OR ROAD MAP, INCLUDING A BILL OF MATERIALS (BOM) THAT CAN BE USED BY THE INDUSTRY FOR SETTING UP AND UTILIZING THE EFFICIENT LEMS. THIS NEW EFFORT INCLUDES THE INTEGRATION OF A PARTICULATE MATTER (PM) COLLECTION SYSTEM COMPONENTS AND PROCESSES INTO THE LEMS BOM AND INSTRUCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) ANALYSIS OF THIS FULL LEMS SYSTEM AND DIRECTION ON GETTING THE SYSTEM CERTIFIED. THE END RESULT WILL BE USEFUL AS TIER 4 REGULATION IMPLEMENTATION/ENFORCEMENT NEARS.
