APP-108 ENGINEER'S MOVING MAP DISPLAY - - THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP REQUIREMENTS AND EXAMPLE DISPLAY FOR A MOVING-MAP DISPLAY THAT DEMONSTRATES HOW TRAIN-DRIVING INFORMATION CAN BE PROVIDED TO POTENTIALLY YIELD BETTER SITUATION AWARENESS, REDUCE WORKLOAD, AND MINIMIZE THE POTENTIAL FOR TRAIN COLLISIONS THROUGH THE USE OF GPS AND DIGITAL MOVING MAP TECHNOLOGIES. THE DISPLAY IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE FULLY FUNCTIONAL BUT SHOULD PROVIDE MODEL, EXAMPLE INTERACTIVE DISPLAY OF NEEDED TRACK NAVIGATION INFORMATION.
