THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BUILD A FIRST ARTICLE MAST RADAR CAMOUFLAGE UNIT (RCU) THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SNACS PROGRAM. THIS EFFORT WILL INCLUDE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO TAKE CURRENT STATE TECHNOLOGIES AND IMPROVE UPON THEM TO MAKE THEM VIABLE FOR A MAST RCU APPLICATION.
