THE PURPOSE OF THIS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT IS TO OBTAIN CONTRACTOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE U.S. COAST GUARD ACQUISITION DIRECTORATE (CG-9) WITH TASK ORDERS BEING ISSUED ON A FIRM-FIXED PRICE OR LABOR-HOUR BASIS. INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS WILL SPECIFY REQUIRED LABOR CATEGORY (CLIN) AND QUANTITY (HOURS) PROVIDED BY SAM AT RATES AGREED UPON IN THIS IDIQ. ONLY TASK ORDERS OBLIGATE FUNDS. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL TASK ORDERS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE CEILING OF THIS IDIQ: $1,604,182.44.
